Avoid making prime Tower of the same height of 3D print

Not sure if that was related to my post.
I absolutely see the reason for the prime tower but I also see that Prusa manages to get perfect results even with single extruder filament changes and a prime and purge tower in most cases at least 2/3 smaller for my use cases (mainly support interfaces).
I mean, the guys here at Bambu are quite capable of copying things from other brands and also developing new things and setting the reference in features and quality with new stuff they develop.
Why not give the user the choice and add an option like Prusa does in their slicer where you set your prime tower with “No Sparse Layers”?

Also I wonder if it wouldn’t be enough to just poop a bit of filament directly after the extruder switch and wipe and print directly, completely skipping the tower (that sentence might be stupid since I don’t own a H2D yet, no operation experience, I just plan on buying one to add to / replace my MK4S and I sliced several models to see the pros/cons)
