B2B account - need to add second establishment

Communication with the support via “Generai Inquirry” is the nightmare. I think people here know nothing and we receiving answers from any kind AI. Have anyone experience to add second shipping adress into B2B account? The Bambu employees can not understand second establishment… Anyone expained them yet? Or they just don’t want to do that?

Funny is that I can change billing adress but not shipping address.
