10 days ago exactly on July 10th, 2023, I decided to use the Bambu Lab B2B site to order an X1-Carbon with AMS and a few accessories.
An automatic reply that the order was received was also sent immediately by Bambu Lab, with the notice that you should wait 5 business days for the final PO.
Unfortunately nothing since then, the support doesn’t answer either.
The question for you: How long did you have to wait for the final PO when ordering via the B2B site?
Question for Bambu Lab: How can I speed up the ordering process? (Maybe accessories are not available etc. that block the order?)
I have been waiting since ordered on 7th July. It arrived at DHL depot in Zaragoza, Saragossa, Spain and about 331mls/532km ** from my home on the 13th July** and has REMAINED there ever since.
BL say “they say it outside their control”, but are looking into it!!!
I have NEVER EVER had to chase an order in my life and whilst someone at BL is trying to help me, I feel so let down by the whole customer service system that I wish I had not ordered the printer. Perhaps that might change if I ever get it.
Next step is to get my bank on it to reclaim my money back.
It’s a shame the old system with the automatic VAT calculator had some issues, but it was better than this. It almost seems they dIt is regrettable that the previous system’s automated VAT calculator had problems, but it still proved to be a better option than the current one. It appears that the current system is not tailored to meet the demands of businesses.
I think Bambu Lab company is not B2B oriented.
They make a very good consumer product for the market and that’s it.
The big annoyance is why you even have a B2B site… and pissing off the B2B customers just isn’t a good strategy.
They should just shut down the B2B site or invest to make this division fly…
