I am using my Bambu Lab printer for the first time and have the AMS Lite, but without exaggeration, I cannot leave it for five minutes without the filament getting stuck. I have watched videos about how to load it properly, given it lots of space so the angles are not too steep, but I am seriously upset. This expensive purchase is turning out to be more frustration than it is worth. Does anyone have experience with this and know how to remedy it?
Please post a picture of your setup. Something is very wrong here.

As @CarbonForge said, pictures are a great idea. Or even better if you can capture a video of the filament getting stuck.
