Not sure how to describe this, so please look at the photos. P1P I’ve just started getting this on the left side of the build plate. These are two different models and I’ve tried the textured and the smooth PEI plates with the same results. I also tried stainless steel .4 and hardened steel .4 nozzles. I did a full calibration after every part change. Plates are clean and I’ve tried glue sticks and the Bambu liquid glue.
Any ideas?
Do you have the aux-fan installed and is it on?
No. It’s a P1P w/out enclosure. Usually prints are perfect. This just started yesterday.
Gotcha, I saw you said the plates are clean but have you really scrubbed them recently?
scrubbed with johnson & johnson baby soap. The version with no additives.
Have you always used Johnson & Johnson? I don’t really know anything about it other than it’s supposed to be gentler for babies. Is it possible it doesn’t have the same power as Dawn? Also, when the print finishes can you see where it’s come off the plate in those areas?
have a print running at the moment. will try dawn.
cleaned again, seems to be ok. of course now my AMS is acting up. One of those days…
