Bad curling on Overhangss

Im not sure what to try at this point. Running default settings for .12 layer height as well as the default polylite profile and I cant seem to get any decent overhangs to print even a 45 degree angle is coming out pretty bad. Using polylite pla pro filament. the following is everything i have tried:

slow printing down ( set everything to 60 speed with lower temp)
lower temp to 190 ( kept speed)
up temp to 230
up aux fan from 70 to 100
turn off aux
play with part fan speed from 0-100 in 20% increments
play with " slow down for overhangs" speeds

With all of these settings nothing has helped. On my budget printer im able to get up to 65 degrees on overhangs to come out reasonably well so its wild to think this printer is worse than a 300 one. any tips would be appreciated.

Make sure your hot-end isn’t bent.

Don’t use the “default polylite profile”, run the filament calibrations.

PLA doesn’t usually need drying, but sometimes it does especially when it’s really humid. Try drying the filament.

The printer does overhangs just fine. That yours doesn’t says there’s something wrong that’s specific to your setup. It can only be the filament or the mechanics of your machine…
