Hello dear forum experts. Out of sheer curiosity, I decided to upgrade my P1S a bit and replaced the regular extruder with one made of hardened steel. Naturally, I ran the large calibration program first. Already during the first print, I could see in the first layers that apparently there is over-extrusion happening (see photos). Although I’m printing with completely normal matte PLA from Bambulab, I thought I’d try Flow Calibration and Flow Dynamics. However, it’s not really improving. I’m already considering reinstalling the regular extruder. However, since I like to print something in CF for my projects, I would prefer to solve the problem right away. Does anyone have experience and advice for me? Thank you very much!
Welcome to the forum.
Are you able to show the test coupons you choose of the flow calibration? That should sort out over extrusion.
