I used the standardized Settings for PETG HG from the slicer without any changes.
The filament was dried for approximately 96 hours in the filament dryer and has been continuously stored in it since. The internal hygrometer consistently reports humidity levels between 13-15%.
Despite these precautions, I’m still encountering significant print quality issues (see attached photos). Notably, on the button assembly (photo 5), one actuator printed successfully, while the second failed, resulting in a rejected part.
I would greatly appreciate any expert advice on possible causes and parameter adjustments to improve print reliability and consistency.
