Hey its 2 weeks i got a bambulab a1 with ams, but i have problem.
Prints are excellent, first layer good, quality good no problem, only at start with purge line…
Every print after calibrations printer makes purge line “that clearing line” and then print model, but my printer since start (brand new) have problem with it, it just ticking or clocking idk like “t-t-t” and filament dont adhesive to plate. it keeps filament on nozzle and it goes print. So it make bad first layer and full model bad. Only way i can save it is after purge line i click stop and then start and its ok. But its boring and i cant print from outside house, sory for bad english i hope u understand.
Bambulab a1 ams
fimware: 01.08.01.00 newest one
all calibrations done
filament ok
factory reset doesnt help
i guess its just problem in GCODE actually, bcs model look fantastic when i make stop and start.
Im sending Gcode: ;===== machine: A1 ========================= · Sharetext
and video of purge line: Watch IMG_6550 | Streamable
, thanks all!
Clean your build plate, including the area where the purge goes.
Dish soap, hot water, nylon scrub brush. Dry with paper towel after.

Of course i did it… Dish soap, spray on cleaning plate, microfiber towel, even flip up plate..
You may either have a nozzle clog or the nozzle isn’t seated right in the print head. This would limit nozzle heating and your filament wouldn’t melt correctly.

I guess its good, i checked nozzle and its ok. But if heating were bad then model is bad i guess? but how i said, model very good.
