Bad service , bad technicians …

This printer is good until you have to talk to the technicians…. I’m having trouble with a defective rod , the part has like a dent since day one and I’ve been 3 weeks writing with them because the printer has a defective part that they don’t want to change it . Since day one this part was defective but the post service of bambú labs is a piece of ………

The fact that you wrote, “This printer is good until…”, clearly states that there is no physical defect with the rod that is affecting your prints.

Can you elaborate on what trouble you are having with the “defective” rod?

The printer gets error when calibrating because of the defect in the carbon rod wich has like a dent or so….
