Hi,
I am an absolutely new 3D printer user and the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon is my first printer and I have it since 2 weeks. The machine ist absoutely great and prints what I want 
But, I have one problem and don’t know how to fix it. Here is a picture of a part that I printed. Can you see the texture which is in front? That is the printed side that lays on the Cold Plate and I am using Bambu Lab PLA Basic.
I decided to put the part in the slicer on this size because it I use this side, I dont’s need any support structures and the print goes very fast, only 1 hour. If I choose the position that Bambu Studios uses as standard, when I import the model, the software uses another area to lay it on the plate and printing time with support will need 4 hours and a lot of support filament.
Does anyone have an idea how I can make this surface look like the other ones which are great?
