Bad system preset for X1C with Nozzle 0.2 and eSun PLA+ profile

Hi, I use the system preset for eSun PLA+ filament. The one that is available in the printer screen and Bambu Studio by default, not a custom filament.

If I use the nozzle 0.4 with eSun PLA+ filament, there is no problem, but if I use the 0.2 nozzle, when I choose eSun PLA+ filament, the max volumetric speed is set to 1. The default for the 0.4 nozzle and 16.

The bug is in the Bambu Studio or in the X1C firmware ? I know I can change manually, but each time and change a roll, I need to modify it.

You cannot change the default within Studio, and if you try to hack it, the next Studio update will overwrite it.

Just edit the default and give it a new name, then use that User preset.

I know it, I would like to know where the system preset is configured, in Studio or in the X1C firmware.

If the settings is in Studio, I can open a ticket in github for this bug.

I think I was editing as you were replying.

The default presets can be found using the Help menu in Studio with “Show Configuration Folder”. In Windows, drill down to C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\BambuStudio\system\BBL\filament. and edit “eSUN PLA+ @BBL A1 0.2 nozzle.json”.

But you will need to repeat the procedure with every Studio update, which will replace all the default presets ( and might correct the max volume for this filament). Creating a User Preset would be more reliable and eliminate the need to keep changing the default.

Thanks for the info, I will open a ticket in github to correct this in a future version.
