Bag Print + Clog - Loose wire hanging from Hotend

I had a terrible print… parts were wedged up inside the right hotend, melted on in place, total pain. I cleaned it up, but a little too vicariously… and pulled a wire out. Now I can’t print, even if just doing the left nozzle. I assume I need to take it apart, as it is super hard to see what is happening in the back.

I opened up a ticket for guidance, but thought I would post here as well.

Sounds like you had a blob. This is caused by poor adhesion as you might assume, as your parts are no longer stuck to the build plate. A user had a similar issue recently and I posted best practices for how to ensure good adhesion. Support should be able to help you with the wiring that was broken and hopefully you can get back to printing soon!

Was able to get the tool head disassembled from following the video - had to only get a few steps in to unseat the hot end.

looks like out of stock. I’ll try and repair it, but I’m not the most skilled with these things.

Did you ever fix this? I just melted my left hearing assembly and the wires are toast. Looks like it’s still not on the Canadian website.

Can’t run the printer without it cause for no reason at all it’s trying to heat the left nozzle when I’m only using the right one…
