Anyone know how to solve this issue? I just got the printer+ams and the first print was fine. Now it just errors this right before it starts to print.
All 4 colors of filament are half way through the PTFE tubes.

Unfortunately that’s not fixing my issue. There’s no broken filament anywhere and the issue persists.
have you tried just to disassemble the tubes and refit them??

First post here, so sorry in advance if this doesn’t come out right.
I was having this issue using A1 and AMS lite. Try pressing the black release lever on the AMS lite and manually pushing each filament in until there’s about half an inch gap before it enters the top of the extruder head. I think whats happening is the printer doesn’t see the filament and the AMS doesn’t know its not in far enough. This is just the error it gives in that situation. Hope this helps!
