Bamboo Studio Export issue

I have an STL model, which had a layer problem (picture below). Those layers are very well seen.

I apply auto smooth option in Blender, and when try to open in Bamboo Lab there is no change. Meantime, in Orca or 3dMax everything looks like it should be:

Any ideas why it might be like this? Spent several hours but didn’t fix an issue.

You need to provide screenshots that don’t obscure the model and also show the orientation as I suspect they are rotated 90°, a guess because of the zoomed view.

Ideally provide an 3mf.

Have you printed the model and does it look better?

Usually people skip the print rather than testing reality.

This is not a layer problem. It is a problem with resolution of your exported STL.

In printed version it’s the same

How to increase resolution? Any simple way to do it?

If you mean Shade Smooth (vs Shade Flat) in the right click context menu in Blender, that doesn’t change anything, it’s just a view setting.

If you mean the a Smooth Modifier or some other command, that’s different but who knows if it would do what you want.

I’ve never used blender.

Googling the issue found this.

Actually I have applied Subdivision Surface modifier in Blender, now STL fice is 90mb but it fixed a problem lol

Well done, don’t forget to mark the question as solved.
