Bambu a1 automatic dynamic flow calibration

Just a simple issue, it seems like I get under correction when I use the automatic dynamic flow calibration. There are bulges in the corners. I get better results by just setting 0.025 as a generic setting. All I need to do is to check the option before print right? Am I missing something?

Secondary question, when I’m doing multi color prints, what happens? Does it only calibrate for the first color and uses the same settings for the rest of the colors?

HI,

It’s hard to tell why you get bad automatic calibration results.
According to Bambu Lab, it will fail if the filament isn’t dry, the build plate is not correctly conditioned or if transparent filament:
Is the calibration reliable?

You seem to be using Orca, correct? How are you setting the k value? Orca or in BS? Is the firmware updated?

Concerning multicolour, the automatic calibration is done for the first filament, and the default extrusion compensation value is set for the non-calibrated filaments. Nevertheless, if exist, it will consider the user-defined k-values for the non calibrated filaments.
