Hello everybody. Since the beginning I am using SUNLU High Speed PLA and sometimes creality hyper pla. All of them say up to 600mm/sec printing, optimized for high speed. I always took this as a theoretical limit. It is not as it turns out. First of all I am using a 0.4 Hardened steel hotend and always set this accordingly in the printer, and sometime I use the bambu slicer Device → Printer Parts page:
I though this is it. In Orca slicer I found this extra setting (they work with very same profiles)
With these settings my prints did not hit the print after the 3rd layer. I always heard the sometimes light sometimes loud scratching noise. So that is that.
Then I created a pprofile (after experimenting that produces 500mm/s at least and there is only a very few (5 perpendicular 0.4mm stringing , only 5 times it happened the whole printout)
I though i share it, so everybody can enjo super fast printing.
Please try it , and let me know if this works for you guys as well.
If somebody already knew all this, then all the better for you.
