Bambu A1 Mini slicer issues

I have a model that appears seamless before slicing, but a seam appears in the design once it’s sliced and printed.
I am using a Bambu A1 Mini - no special slicing changes made.

Seams are normal on a FDM 3d printer. That’s where the printer starts extruding and stops extruding for that layer. You can adjust where the seam placement is or play around with the experimental feature called scar joints which tries to reduce the seam visibility.

Try a random seam with scarf seam added recently to studio you may still get little blobs associated with the random seam but as for the larger uglier aligned seam its much better

Thank you for the info
let me take a look at the Scarf Joint Seam feature.

I have been playing with the scarf joint seams and I prefer them. It adds a little bit of time to the print, but offers a smoother seam.

Not invisible; you can still see it, but it is harder to feel them. I like very smooth prints.
