it sometimes, touches the first row of silicones, but it does this 1 out of 3 prints… can I manually add g code of making it go on the vipers with code…
Did you solve this? Mine only touch the first row front so sometimes there are left over filament on the front that wasn’t cleaned. Everytime.
Ive had the same problem with my printer except it wont toach it even when off
“I removed the bed and moved it slightly front with the other holes on the frame … The problem is largely resolved.”
If you do that your bed level calibration will fail.
This was very helpful. I had the same issue. The y axis was limited. Turns out the cover plate was not seated correctly
Mine is doing the same thing, did you ever figure this out?
I assume the OP’s native language is Samoan, which does not use the letter or sound “W” in its native alphabet.
Thus wipers rather than the written vipers.
No snakes on the forum.
Your Bambu Lab A1 is likely missing the silicone wiper because the print bed’s physical movement is being obstructed, forcing the printer to calculate an incorrect sensorless “home” position. Because the A1 relies on motor current resistance rather than physical endstop switches to home the Y-axis, any resistance along the rail tricks the printer into thinking the bed is all the way forward or back when it isn’t.
Wish you luck
For any one who CAN NOT reach the silicone wipers even when your printer is off:
check your Y-Axis Tension-er. I had loosened mine too much at some point and it poped up out of place.it was then stopping my plate from going all the way forward, although it appeared it was. i had to loosen the screws, tension them, push it down a bit then get it all the way tightened. I hope this helps some on else!
Minha impressora é nova, tem apenas 5 impressões, no momento que o bico vai limpar na borracha de silicone o bico raspa para frente da borracha ficando fora de posição, como resolvo?
