Bambu A1 problem - Y axis resonance mode

Hi,
I am a new user of A1 printer.
I assembled it, did the calibration and wanted to proceed with the first printing.

I chose the benchy model available on the microsd card. The printer started to heat up and at first it started to ‘print’ too low - snagging the plate and ripping off the texture.

I received the following error from the printer:
The 1st order mechanical resonance mode of the Y axis is low. The timing belt may be loose.

What should I do to start printing?

Log a ticket. I’ve been through this and they check the logs and provide solutions. I have the exact same issue (slight movement of the nozzle position for the cleaning scrape, plus that exact error).

It hasn’t been solved yet, but worth getting the ball moving with support so they can give your specific advice for your machine based on the log analysis.

I think I found the solution.
I restored the machine to factory settings, ran all the calibration and it looks like everything is fine.

I’m currently fighting with the first three layers, as there are problems in several places.
