Bambu ABS Warping Issue

I made some improvements over the past few months to get chamber temps to 54 C reliably.

However, I am fighting the corner warping issue on a box like the below image.

Here are the settings that are being used. I pre-heat for 30 mins before printing. No point in pre-heating longer as the chamber temps can’t rise past 54 C.

Any suggestions for improving this?

Also, the filament is Polymaker ASA (I stopped using ABS) - Black.

Adding a brim would fix this. If this is the only area that you are having issue with simply add a disk to that corner instead of a full brim.

You might also consider check the “Only one wall on first layer”

Thats a great looking result in ASA barring that corner :frowning: . As @JonRaymond suggested the disc is a goto for corners like this.

I still battle with certain prints and have been known to go one step further and “grow” a thin ledge as a sort of sacrificial part and clean it off in the finishing process. It will break the look of the surface pattern but it gets the job done.
