My Bambu Ams 2 Pro Replacement shipped today from the UK.
Paid for advanced return/exchange. Paid full price, £299. That’s what I paid today. Got notice from Bambu and DPD, but DPD has not picked it up yet. Hope tonight. I wanted it quicker, so I did it this way, and Bambu said when it’s back in the warehouse with Evri, they said then they will refund me the £299; I just have to wait and see.

hope you get your good unit soon! apart from the topic, so sad that usually what would happen next is that your previous unit would return to the local warehouse and then get destroyed there instead of getting a refurbish and then sell at a lower value…
