Is it just me or have the Bambu cloud servers been incredibly unreliable the last few months. Printer is print right now. I can’t connect to the camera. I can’t get the status from the PC. Thinking of hooking up a webcam inside so I can go LAN mode and still have a camera I can reach on my phone.
Ugh can’t wait for a klipper conversion board to be in a good working state.
Can’t connect for the last hour or send prints. Plenty of people talking about it on reddit but this is the first mention on this forum.
I just sent a print a few minutes ago, should be done in about 20 (small test print)
I thought I was going crazy. Print job sends 100%, sits there five minutes then says failed to send the print job
Interesting, mine won’t even send more than 30 percent.
The last approx 1:20 minutes I’ve not been able to print unless I disable my VPN. All day it has been working fine…
Are you guys getting the -3030 error code too?
yep 3030 error as well, big outage. Maybe half of all users?
It’s not exactly an outage (at least not for me) more like they just pushed new rules into production that blocks VPN access to cloud printing. However it might as well be an outage because as far as I’m concerned that sort of blocking is a non-functional, unusable system

So sick of this. LAN mode and a web cam on a raspberry pi I guess.
We identified abnormal network jitter originating from AWS and Cloudflare, which temporarily affected the ability to start new prints. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The issue has been resolved by the third-party service providers, and all services are now operating normally.

I have to say, I’m very impressed with the detail you provided in the status page. I don’t know the technical details, but it feels very transparent and I’m very happy with the acknowledgement and rapid turnaround time!
(I work in IT adjacent coding stuff so I know you guys only get hate when things break

The issue is not resolved. I can’t print with both Printers…!
■■■■ servers, if you want to use local mode you are not getting all the features. Was a good printer before all this ■■■■.
