Bambu Connect startup issues

Dear all,

I do hope this is the right place to post - if not, please don’t shoot me
Also, it’s more of a bug report than a question, but this should be ok I assume.

The Problem is as follows:

I’m running macOS 15.4.1 on an x64 MacBookPro.
Bambu Studio v2.0.2.57 is running fine.

Now I thought about trying out Bambu Connect and downloaded bambu-connect-v1.2.1-beta.5-darwin-x64.dmg from here. Installation was completed without a problem.
Upon opening Bambu Connect there is the following error message displayed:

Dismissing it with <OK> results in a somehow running Bambu Connect - at least the menu bar is visible. But there is no app window, so all you can do is quit Bambu Connect through the menu bar or <CMD>+Q.
Reinstalling did not fix the issue, and I also tried beta.4 of Bambu Connect 1.2.1 to no avail.

Does anyone know of a solution or workaround to this problem?

The same here… Is this the new protected Environment which Bambu Lab is promoting since weeks!?

Anyway you can download the older version, which is working ‚fine‘.

thank you, i can only read release note, not the download link, but can i replace the version number and get old version

Version 1.2.0 works on intel macos

NB: only the intel 1.2.1 version is broken, the arm 1.2.1 is fine.
