@bambulab You advertised a flash sale for the U.K., which you said would start at 3 am BST on June 6th.
Yet at 3:30 am BST, just 30 minutes into the sale, there were only 20 hours and 30 minutes left in a 24-hour sale!
I know you targeted this for the U.K., as BST is British Summer Time, which we are currently on. The U.K. will revert to GMT at the end of October.
There is only one BST in the world of time zones.
So, which is correct?
- You meant to start at 3 am BST, which you advertised and will close the sale at the REAL 3 am BST?
- You wrote BST when you meant an entirely unrelated time zone, and are leaving everyone with the wrong advertised sale time?
- Some other reason you advertised one time for the sale, yet held the sale at a different time?
What will you do to fix this problem?
Update
I just noticed an email that arrived at 2:51 am BST telling me the sale starts in 10 minutes.
So, someone knows when 3 am is, just not your clock!
Seriously, what is going on?
