For anyone who has this problem:
I’m working on getting the farm control system operational. The server is up and running, and I’ve updated all the firmware. I’m ensuring that the printers are in the right state for connection. The farm client detects the printers, and they connect successfully. However, immediately afterward, every printer goes offline.
When I run the connection test on the client, it indicates everything is functioning correctly. I can log the printer off the server, restart the process, but the same issue persists each time. Interestingly, I can ping the LO-Tee IP address while the printer is offline, and it responds without issues.
Additionally, when the printer initially connects, it displays the camera feed for just a split second but then fails to continue showing the image.
I also set up a user account for one of my technicians. He can connect to the server and is prompted for his login credentials, but it says his username and password are incorrect. I’ve copied and pasted the credentials directly from my client, so there shouldn’t be any typographical errors. We’ve attempted this numerous times.
Fix:
Visit the troubleshooting page for more information. It is most likely because of your computer’s firewall blocking it. That is what happened to me.
