HOLD ON!

Do I still see idlers on a toothed side of the belt??? OH MY FFFFFFFFFF, noooooooo.

Does that mean that H2D has annoying 2mm VFA on X-axis? They didn’t learn anything from X1 and P1?

Exactly why I would not want the laser preferring a dedicated one. Anyone who regularly uses a decent laser will know just how much you need to maintain most of them. I do like the cutter head though, that seems like a decent addition.

Thank you for sharing these images. This is important information for my purchase decisions. I appreciate you.

Yeah confirms that I am not interested in the laser. I am curious about the cutting tool, but I will wait for the upgrade package. Now just to convince my wife I need this for my etsy business lol…

The AMS 2 Pro doesn’t come with a fillement buffer, does it have a purpose and do I need one to use the AMS 2 Pro/HT with a P1S

I’m assuming you need to buy one of these kits.

You should also understand what you’re reading.
I said that if the H2D had different dimensions, it would be an X Tool M1 Ultra that can also 3D print. I know myself that the X Tool M1 Ultra can’t do that; after all, it’s standing next to me.

Edit: I r dumb

YES! I’ll also put out this public service announcement: No matter how good an idea it seems at the time, no matter who asks you nicely to do this, even if you buy an assortment pack of materials that comes with a piece of rubber specifically for this… DO NOT MAKE A RUBBER STAMP! It will make your whole house smell like a tire fire. The dust and debris that covers the whole inside of the print chamber will also smell like a tire fire. They make blocks of rubber specifically for laser engraving… and they STINK when being cut. Heed my warning future engravers out there, don’t do it!

Does the filement buffer have a purpose?

The original AMS came with a buffer included but I can’t find anything in the info about the AMS 2 Pro that mentions a buffer. It doesn’t say one is included and it doesn’t mention it in the FAQ. Maybe it’s built in to the AMS 2 Pro? @SupportAssistant can you help us figure this out?

It literally says GB 811-2022 in the model. Perhaps that was added as an update.

The P1S will need a firmware update so don’t worry about it for now.

Sorry, but I would not trust a Chinese motorcycle standard for use in cycling. Very different styles of helmet with different load positions etc. as I said, for cycling I would only trust a helmet tested and rated by Virginia Tech. We then also in the 3D printing world gave to guarantee consistency, materials, slicing etc. There are plenty of things we should D print, but sometimes we do seem to try just because we can. Not saying it is not an interesting experiment though.

It uses the qidi style belt setup, so it shouldnt have vfa. It also uses the plus 4 poop chute setup.

@BambuLab @SupportAssistant what safety protocol is this
