Trying to open both timelapse and models from bambu handy just has the spinning circle. I see both in Bambu Studio without issue. Anyone else seeing this and have a fix?
I’m seeing the same thing. I have a suspicion that updating to v2.0 of Bambu Studio has caused the issue. Tried deleting old models on the card but it’s made no difference.
Can confirm that downgrading to previous version restored full functionality.
Downgrading Handy or Studio?
Both, actually. It was a process but I found the 2.19.1 apk and then the 1.10.x installer.
Our team has identified a bug related to this issue in Bambu Handy, and a fix has already been deployed.
Please wait for the upcoming update, which will resolve the problem. It is currently in the AppStore approval process.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
And for bambu handy on android when will it be fixed?
I can’t select the filament type or color, I have to use RFID filament. Same for you?
Do you know how long till it’s through the approval process. It’s highly annoying that I can’t use this feature as I use it at lot.
The update that reportedly fixes the issue mentioned is now available in the iOS App store.
But still not set on the play store
A hotfix was released a few days ago for Android but this still doesn’t resolve the issue.
Reinstalling the app als doesn’t resolve the issue.
Fixed a few days ago for Android!
Problem exists again for me and some other guys on reddit. Bambu Handy App 3.14.0 with P1S FW 01.09.01.00.
When accessing the SD Card via App, i just see a spinning circle and nothing happend.
Formatted SD Card and changed SD Card but error still exists.
Anyone here can confirm this problem?
I have the exact same problem with my A1 and A1 Mini printers. It works with Bambu Studio, but not with Handy.
Same issue here. P1S, same firmware, same version of the Handy app and same symptom. Sometimes if I keep trying, it will show blank icons for the couple of time lapses I have, and I get the below error on the models tab. I have tried clearing the app cache and tried uninstall and reinstall.
Okay. I cannot post a screenshot of the error and for some reason it won’t let me paste the error.
A problem occurred. You can restart printer
or update firmware to retry.
