Same here, brand new X1C this past weekend. Video works on Mac, but neither time lapse or live video work in Handy app. Other reports would indicate this is a common problem with no reliable solution. So far it’s my only disappointment with the printer. It has produced flawless PLA prints, and an excellent PETG (Matterhackers Ryno) test cube. The printer is not without flaws, but it’s a level up from my old modded Ender 3. I don’t think I’ll own another bed slinger. I hope Bambu continues to innovate and support their products in a sustainable way.
