i am guessing this is just their servers, but whenever i select a build plate, do any filament, and tap start print, it just gives me an error.
Same here with X1C. Haven’t used it for a few months and now I have the same issue.
Anyone else seeing this?
I fixed it by updating to the latest version, it turns out if you do not update i guess it just bricks it in a way
я обновился до последней версии и теперь приложение не работает совсем( либо просто глючит через раз (на айфоне) а вот на андроиде не обновлял и все идеально работает. возможно у нас в РФ подлянку сотовые операторы делают - на айфоне все работает только с впн
The app doesn’t really work on iPhones. For A1 and A1Mini, it shows the current task (what’s being printed and how), but for the H2 series, it only shows the printer’s status. You can only judge whether the task has been completed based on the temperature of the bed and nozzles. I opened a ticket, and it’s been two days now with no response.
