Can someone explain why the widget is not showing up for me? iPhone 15, IOS 18.5, updated. Is it not available in Canada?

I assume you mean the iOS widget that appears on the lock screen.

It appears after you have selected your printer in the device tab.

If you only have one printer, you still need to navigate to the device tab and view the printer.

After that, it will appear on the lock screen.

I thought I had the same issue (same versions and also in Canada), however the issue for me was that I needed to enable the “Print Progress” setting under the Me tab → Settings-> Notification Settings. Hope that works for you.
