I was wondering why the past week or so worth of prints have sucked. Decided today to look at the hotend, looked a like odd so took it off the head and what do you know…
How does this even happen!?
Most often it’s from hitting part of a print that has warped up.

These hotends are not very durable… I wanted to try and re-use some of the parts but its completely warped. Printer was not aware of any abnormalities either. Glad I decided to take a look and see what was going on.
