i am having an issue with bed leveling.
i did a full calibration, but I keep getting: bed leveling failed
any solutions for this?
Do you have a plate installed when calibrating?
yes! a original BL Textured PEI plate
Have you made sure the plate is fully seated (flat) everywhere on the bed?
Yes, I even cleaned the plate and bed several times…
Did you manage to solve the problem? I just received the same new printer, and I’m having the same issue.
I’ve checked that the magnetic build plate is seated properly, tightened the screws underneath the bed, performed a factory reset, and updated the firmware to the latest version, but the calibration still fails.
If your printer is new, open up a support ticket.

I received my A1 mini today, after several failed levelling attempts, I found a post that solved my problem, unfortunately seems like I can’t insert links… but the solution is to remove the plate and clean the bed and the lower surface of the plate itself, even a tiny speck can create a small lump. I used a brush to clean, after that levelling succeded.
