With up to 16 different filaments for a single print, the AMS hub allows you to daisy chain up to 4 AMS units to a single Bambu Lab X1 printer.

How does this affect the delays for combo preorders? Seems like if I don’t care about the $100 I should just order this and a non combo unit

I found one and printed it… works good for 2x AMS’s. I have mind setting bedide my X1CC…

I wish i knew where my order is. I bought an ams and hub (EU store) 13 days ago, and no update, horrible customer support…im getting desperate…the tecnical support as been nothing more than amazing….the rest is making me consider talking to the bank and cancel the payment…

Does this mean I’ll finally get the AMS for my order placed in October??

The machine shipped for my Carbon combo but not the AMS.

I’ve contacted you all at least 5 times through 3 different channels.

Please help! @BambuLab

Update: never resolved original issue with BambuLabs though bank solved it. Have placed multiple orders since, and all items in stock shipped out immediately (US-based order & shipment).

Seems like my issue was a one-off, thankfully!
