So November 20th,2023 i decided during the black friday sale was a good time to jump on some fillment for my X1C and did 10 rolls of ABS and later that day i also ordered in 10 rolls of PLA for my A1 mini that was supposed to show up.
Few days roll around and I see all my items started to ship out once by one. EXCITED for a new Printer to show up!
Printer shows up by UPS but nothing else is with it, go to double check online to track my other items and i see they went USPS to my address, this would not be a issue besides the fact i live in “Rural” Alaska and USPS does not deliver in my area in fact they are pretty worrhless up here.
I reached out to Bambu Lab to see about making a address change or for them to use UPS for my orders. They told me once the packages get sent back to them they would make the proper adjustments and get them to me.
Another week goes by I hear nothing back i checked the tracking and everything’s is showing its bavk to the wearhouse ad a failed deliver, so i send them another email for updated tracking, they only reply back saying its sent and i should get it. Ok cool but whefe is tracking?
After playing run around with emails back and forth im still out 20 rolls of fillment, still dont have my A1Mini mega bundle items, and customer services wants to refund my onsale item’s and told me just place the order again. Im cool doing that but now i dont get the same deal and have to pay more for items that are not what i originally ordered because they magically dont have them instock yet they have my original order?
Am i over reacting about this or should i cut my losses and just go to my bank at this point and file a charge back on all of this since they clearly can not fix there own issues? Its been now over 30 days.
Leasson learned ill probably avoid buying anything from them during the holiday times in the near future along with they kinda screwed me over as a small business also since we where needing most of this fillment for a holiday charity donation we where doing.
