Has anyone successfully ordered printers for a school/non-profit organization through the BL “Corporate Sales/Business Portal” link? I have been trying to order 20 printers since the first week of July and have had no luck. After several weeks I reached out and was told they would forward my issue but I haven’t heard back. I really want to go with BL printers but if I can’t even make a purchase happen in six weeks, nevermind actually getting them shipped, I am worried I’ll have to go with another brand.
I’m in the same scenario. I find Bambu to be next to non-responsive to any support inquiries or email. I don’t get it.
