Hello, I have a question. I’m new to 3D printing and I have a little problem. My Bambu Lab A1 mini stopped printing for the 4th time in the same way, the touch screen does not respond, there is no information in Bambu Studio about what happened. The only idea that came to my mind was to restart it, after turning it off and on the printer does not continue printing. The information shows that the printing was successful, which is not true. After deleting the unfinished print, I start a new print, it prints fine 2 or 3 times, and then stops about halfway through the next print. I don’t know what to do because it doesn’t show any errors

It could be a faulty SD card. Try formatting it or replacing it with a new higher quality SD card. The ones that shipped with the printers are known to cause issues. Although I have had my A1 and A1 mini since they were released and I have not had any issues with the SD card.

I have the same thing since the last firmware update a few days ago. Touch screen doesn’t respond also. The only way I found is to unplug the printer, and to plug it back, so it asks me to continue printing.
It’s really annoying, everything worked so well before this update.
I might also change the SD card as mentionned above.

Thank you for the tip, I will try with this SD card, hope it helps. Do I need to transfer anything from this old SD card? Can I insert a blank SD card?
If you have a blank card, you can use that. Not all cards are compatible, but give it a go.
There are some pre-installed models on the SD Card when supplied; you may wish to back those up.
If not, they can be downloaded again.
If the spare doesn’t work, use the existing one, just be aware it may have damage (faulty) that causes the issue.
