Bambu Lab P1S axis error

Hi, my Bambu Lab P1S that I bought from the official Bambu Lab UK store online with the AMS unit is giving me axis issues, the bed does not go all the way up and then goes down to the bottom fast and it gives me an error, also, I am not able to do a self testing or calibration, I have tried everything indicated on the Bambu Lab wiki page, I just don’t know how to fix it, I need some help or advise,

thanks

So, since you went through the troubleshooting procedure without success, and assuming (if not deal with it first):

  • axis are in mint condition;
  • last firmware installed;
  • the bed is trammed;
  1. Power down; remove the power connector cable.
  2. If the printer is hot, let it cool down; If not, wait a few minutes.
  3. Power on;
  4. Check if there are firmware updates or error messages;
  5. If not, with care and attention, without homing the printer, and with physical presence near the printer in case of need, try:
    a) move the extruder back to the purge position;
    b) now, try to move up the bed using the screen or app - do it step by step and ignore the error message regarding the need to home the printer; as the bed approaches the top, reduce the step size.

If everything goes right, you should be able to move up the bed to the maximum allowed position; note that there are risks in following the procedure, but if you do it step by step, they are minimal.

If not, please let me know. However, BL support may be needed; thus, first, open a trouble ticket.
