Bambu Lab PLA Silk problem

Having some trouble with the Bambu Lab PLA Silk.
I’m on an A1 so far have no major issues with regular Bambu Lab PLA but with silk I didn’t get the expected result. I’m using default bambu silk pla settings. The seams are mostly hidden so it’s not the cause of the issue. The filament is fresh from the box and calibrated althought I always check the box to flow calibrate on the print starting screen. What am I doing wrong?

hi, were you ever able to work this out? I’m now using bambu lab pla (silk pla) for the first time, and I had thought that using Bambu lab slicer, filament and printer, there would not be any issues because it ‘prints right out of the box’… apparently not, lol. Have had better results with Jayo silk pla thus far tbh

edit -after some more searching
(Overture PLA Silk Profiles (P1S/X1C) by Roland Deschain MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models and the bambu lab wiki) i now found settings that work pretty well, they are the standard bambu lab pla profile, plus what is found in the bambulab wiki, and floating around in the internet .
