The beginning of vid states you need to replace the stock data cable with a heavy duty one, but two P1P I bought in the last 6 months already came with the heavy duty cable.
I took mine out and it’s identical to the ones from the store. Bambu Lab please add and pin that to the youtube comment, so we don’t waste time.

Yes, they are identical cables. So adding cable chain only took 10 minutes, since you just need to remove the rubber plug from the stock cable and add the cable chain and PTFE tube plug.
Early P1P don’t have rubber plug?
The plug is the P1P cable. The upgraded cable is on the same page, you just have to select it. The graded cable has no plug.
Ah, I see where the confusion is. “Heavy duty” cable in the vid is P1S cable, which explain why Youtube cable url link is a dead link.
I measured diameter of the cable from P1 and P1S, they are almost the same approx. D 3.6mm vs D 4.0mm, within margin of error. So the only difference is one with rubber plug and one without?
I think they rate the heavy duty as being able to withstand being in the cable chain and withstanding any friction in it.
