[image] Big job. Light work. Stay tuned here.

I’m hopeful its competitive with the announced X1. The 60W MOPA is very interesting to me with a CO2 laser. :crossed_fingers: Feature / Spec :pushpin: Bambu Lab R1 :right_arrow: xTool X1 Primary Laser 55W CO2 laser (physically integrated). 55W CO2 laser (integrated into frame). Secondary …

Very interesting, tho the X1 page is still pretty sparse. The biggest winner from such setup is Fiber/UV gaining access to a larger canvass, and reduced labor / streamlined workflow (unclear on exact job/software flows) from machine swaps. [33333_1787735590265_gm_optimized_1] The CO2 according t…

Quoting reddit: “If you compare to the creality 5 in one, the machine alone is like 2500, each laser module separately goes from 1000 starting at 20 w diode to 3600 for the 60w Mopa. Since the X1 is considerably larger, and has more features than the P3 , I’d go with around 10k, unless it’s to repla…

True, but what else am I supposed to do with my time until September 22nd or the X-Tool launch in October? Speculating keeps me from buying a laser out of impatience!

If you need a new CO2 it’ll probably be worth the wait but h*** f*** teasing X1 for 2 months before giving out a price is dumb marketing from xTool. Fortunately another 55w in the shop would be hard to justify for me even if “combined, jig-free engrave n cut on organics” is something I’d value a lo…

Seems like bambu has already updated the store: [IMG_7785]

Edit: Created a new topic for this. [image] Testers wanted for Bambu Lab R1! Other topics Not sure if this is real, why on Reddit but not in forum or email. Or did I just miss it? Real?

I hope that this time there will be a system to show where the laser will engrave, rather than having to guess randomly where we’re going to engrave.

Most of the time a red (guide) laser is used to show the location where the IR laser will go.

Not on the H2C and It’s a real painful to place items correctly
