Yup… while in one hand I would have thought it was a good thing to have some discounts / bonuses for that, on the other… it is still the hot new release, so they are probably still very much in cost recovery mode. Then again, did have a chance of winning 1 (of 5) H2Ds in the Subscription Sweepstakes event… so there was that.

It’s be nice if they did something similar(anything) for the H2D owners also! I mean I have 2 p1S, and trusted to plunk down more than I ever thought I would on a printer.
Not saying have to, but every other device but the H2D?? That’s so weird, and big middle finger to us that adopted the technology early on… Even if it’s something generic, but something saying “we appreciate your trusting in, and fueling our new products”… I’m just getting ready to buy another H2D in a couple days, but I kind of grit my teeth because the sale is going on, and it’s like grabbing for pennies… But nothing at all, that’s deep and very interesting…

Well, I can’t speak on gift certs for the previous series, simply because I have 2 P1S’ with 5 attached between the 2. And the single H2D has 2 AMS Pro and a HT. The H2D is going to be a combo with the AMS pro, and then a power supply.
I mean we’re heavily vested in the company(most of us that have H2D machines), and it’s not our first go around with their products. So it would be nice to reward returning customers, because “we are” fueling their growth and development. But hey, that’s above my pay grade… Lol
And the 2 rolls of filament: unless they gave some PETG or ABS(as it being a higher tiered machine), I really have no use for it. But, I agree simply out of solidarity with fellow buyers and users…
What about discount for the H2D? I wanna buy this printer next month, and wanna now, maybe some discounts come?
It is always possible… they are doing specials on different things each week, so it is possible (but I suspect highly unlikely) the H2D might appear one week…
Well, um… ok… anniversary sale goes until the 15th of July and this has already happened here in AU…
I also bought a printer and AMS after June 7th and just tried to get a credit note. When I submit the order, it tells me it’s not valid. I should read the guidelines, which I did. It says “Official Bambu Shop.” Doesn’t the EU shop count? That’s also a Bambu Shop, right?

What is normally the waiting time for support tickets?
I have purchased a p1s combo that got delivered damaged.
Was waiting in customer support chat queue yesterday for over an hour, with the response please put it in ticket. Not the greatest first interaction with Bambu unfortunately.
Besides this I was supposed to get the three gifts, but was not shipped with either of my three packages. Was on the invoice but not on shipping data. Also put in a ticket for this.
It is a shame, since I was pleasantly surprised it was here already so quick, but now I cannot use it until I get a new printer. (Or how do they normally handle this?).
Plus extra grumpy since no gifts were shipped. It’s making me be impatient :(( I want to use it and print!!
I suspect the discounts for the h2d will start during their next sale which might be after they launch their next machine.
Maybe… But at that point(even this point now), it’ll be too late for me(many of us), I purchased a 2nd on Friday… But if so, at that point, at least it’ll help someone…
So there is a $50 coupon for the AMS2 Pro for X1C/P1S owners? I didn’t get it, but it could be that I use LAN mode and BL doesn’t know about my printers. Oh well
