I’m waiting for the discount voucher on AMS2 pro for X1 and P1 owners. Has anyone received it?
I’m hoping the $50 off coupon towards an AMS 2 Pro for current X1C owners is sent out sooner than later, as I already have multiple things sitting in my cart for purchase that are on sale for this period but I’m not going to do multiple shipments and have to pay for the shipping for each.
Is there a link to where I can apply for a price match on the P1S Combo I purchased on the site on June 15th?

Hello, I have a question for a friend of mine who has just purchased a PS1 + AMS2 Pro Combo on EU store.
He received his printer and AMS by the end of last week, but with the 3rd anniversary price of today, it is 124€ cheaper compare to its order. Is it possible to have a commercial refund ? and what is the contact to do this ? Best regards

I did it and got my card in two days.
I did get an email that I won a $30 off a purchase of $350 coupon. I’m guessing since they used the language “won” this isn’t the AMS 2 Pro upgrade discount. Hopefully they stack

Last Week i ordered a additional AMS for my P1S and payed 309 Euros…
Just a few Minutes ago i recieved a Mail with a 30 Euro Discount when spending 300 Euro…
So now i am a bit pissed and grumpy.
But officially i am a Bambu Lab Fanboy 
Hope some of yer Fellas will make a better Deal than me.
If you’re still within the refund period you could try contacting them since it would cost them more to refund you and have it shipped back than to just give you the equivalent in credit.
Where did you find it? I have the same issue with the A1 Combo and can’t find a link

I just looked at my orderhistory and it is what it is, i ordered the ams just 14 days ago…
So now i already printed a few multicolor models and the ams had done a good amount of work so far and therefore there is no refund ahead.
I have to say i am pretty happy with the ams an so i will get over it

Frankly, I think BL has done a great job managing this sale! They just need to get smarter customers!

Except, no, it’s linked on the page that is linked in the announcement under FAQ, which is buried right at the bottom of that subsequent page. 
I get it, it is there, but can they make it any harder to find? Oh wait, they could have used white text on a white backgroound!

If you go to their support page where the chatbot is, enter “Price Protection Application” and it should lead you to a gift card application page specific to this sale. Make sure you login (“switch account link in upper-right corner of the page”) before submitting the request. Have your order ID ready, too.
