Re: Shipping issues, how has this affected your next purchase?

I have a package lost by the delivery company DPD in their own depot. Ticket create a week ago, no response other than automated ones. I wish to place an order and receive it. I am genuinely concerned it may never arrive. Given the poor handling of the situation and the lacklustre response and communications from BL, has this affected your decision to purchase something?
