Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

Ordered Nov 24th, it’s on its way as of Dec 24th, supposed to arrive Tuesday :crossed_fingers:

Fedex also confirmed it to me by email for Tuesday, the printer and the AMS by UPS. Thursday.

I’m really getting frustrated I placed an order on the 29th of November and received maybe half of it and the majority of it I haven’t received it said it was shipped label was printed with UPS but then on the 24th said it was cancelled with no movement since, I put in a ticket and still no response, am I going to receive the majority of my order or a response in any way shape or form or do I have to go through other means to remedy this, I’ve been very patient and still haven’t received any compensation or the so-called coupon that people are getting…

First and last order for me. No amount of discount will make it okay to leave people hanging like this.

Ordered Nov 24. Label generated Dec 26. Package still hasn’t been dropped off at FedEx (Canada)

They finally responded to my ticket saying they are working very diligently and expediting the process to get me my shipping refund… Maybe I should fly to China and click the ‘refund’ button for them

I ordered P1S Combo on 28th of November from uk.store arived today 30th of December.EVRi messed it up or who knows the package expired in their system and had to be returned back to sender. There was a point where I lost my S#!t. I found the forum here and I realise its not only me, well my problem not exactly created by BL but the shipping company. So after 4 tickets 3 times in the chat, the printer finaly was sent back to me on 24th with YODEL this time. S#@t happens

Funny how they only have problems when it comes to given refunds. Never a problem taking your money.

I haven’t heard of even one time where they made a mistake and charged less then they were supposed to.

Well depends where you live, I suppose.
My order was split on two halfes, filament and small things arrived with YODEL nearly 2 days later , but the printer was shipped with EVRi, cheaper probbaly servise, I had to create ticket with complaint for that as well. In live chat I even advise them to NOT use EVRi becouse for my area it`s very bad service, but DPD, I know the driver , but despite my wish was sent with YODEL.
I think its down to the cost of shipping despite the fact we are payng for it anyway.

You are lucky, the driver sent most often to me openly mocks my disabilities to my face.

I have told DPD themselves, they do not care.

We should be given a choice, I would pay more for competence.

So many people disrespect others, it is just crazy.

mine was suposed to arrive today ( montreal south shore ) but i doubt it , last time it was in trasnsit from BC 2 days ago . nothing updated since …

I ordered on 15th Decemner and it was supposed to arrive on Jan 3rd. They finally responded to my ticket saying it was a pre-order and will be shipped on Jan10th. Now wait and see

Has your order actually shipped? Or just label creation?

I got the email from Bambu saying my order has shipped, but FedEx website is sitting at ‘waiting for package to be dropped off at fedex’

Ordered mine Dec 10th with filaments, the filaments and accessories came a week later but the printer/ams don’t even have a shipping label created; at time of purchase the ETD was Dec 24th - reached out on Dec 28th and the rep said that there’s a mix up at the warehouse and will expedite shipping my order. Hoping that it will get shipped soon but from what you guys say here Canada seems to be the lowest priority for them.

You are not the only one. I have had the same exact thing and have heard nothing from support currently.

I ordered my printer and ams system Dec 8th. they stated

" Remaining orders placed before December 13, 2024 will be shipped 100% before December 20, 2024 and tracking numbers will be provided. Even though the tracking information might not be updated, the order could already be in the hands of the courier and on its way to be delivered."

my order hasn’t even been shipped, apparently its supposed to get shipped today but nothings happened yet. I am beyond disappointed with this service. A $20 compensation code seems unjust for the $35 I paid for shipping.

Are you in the states?

If not and you are stating Canadian dollars, they were apparently refunding shipping charges due to the horrendous issues for their customers in that mess.
