I still didnt get any update on my shipping. DPD tells me that they dont even have the parcel, yet. I ordered on Dec 5th and didnt even get a discount code. Good thing you can just decline the delivery and get a refund. Really sad, because i looked forward to printing.
When I expressed my complaints, I didn’t know this issue could affect so many buyers. I’m astonished. And all the complaints share the same underlying issue: forgetting about customer communication. That has been your big mistake. I’m sure that with a more honest approach, such a large number of protests wouldn’t have arisen. Yes, I needed the printer before Christmas, which is why I bought it, in addition to it being a highly recommended machine. Now, being informed of the situation, I can only hope you handle things properly and that the rush to ship them doesn’t result in poorly finished equipment due to insufficient quality control. That is my biggest concern. I hope you keep your word and the equipment arrives in good assembly and preservation condition.
I have some positive news to spread again. I got the message from DPD this evening that my A1 Mini will finally arrive tomorrow. I ordered it on 8 December. Apparently all the orders from December are now going well. Only the backlogged orders from November seem to be problematic.

They did the same to me. Provided an invalid tracking number. Have not gotten a straight answer.
Basically stealing from the consumers. Take money and not providing product.
I am so confused on what to do … ive bought a ender 3 v3 CoreXZ 1 month ago … loved the experience , decided to ‘‘upgrade’’ and buy a1.
now im using this Ender 3 v3 coreXZ flawlessly since and starting to wonder if i cancel my order … nov 25th , was suposed to be shipped 5 december … pushed to 13 than to 20.
the problem is , even with a tracking and some news , if i relate with what i read here , it dsnt even mean its shipped yet …
I ordered on 1 December and received my printer last week Friday, 13 December. I am however waiting still for 6 spools of filament and more items… tracking has been stuck ons the same status since 2 December.
You would think that Black Friday logistics would be covered by now…
It would be a shame if items don’t arrive in time for Christmas.
I’ve ordered an X1C Combo the 29th of November and got the filament and accessories the 2nd of December. Tracking for the X1C was created the 30th of November but nothing has moved since. Like everyone I’m getting automated messages from support which isn’t even reading the tickets as the message doesn’t answer your questions.
This is my first experience with Bambulab and it hasn’t started out too well support-wise. Kinda scares me.
Hope at least all the hype around this printer is worth it.
Oh and like you all I’ve been fully charged for a product that isn’t in my possession.
I’m starting to find it difficult to believe all orders before dec.13 will the be shipped before the 20th of December.
I see people ordering after me and receiving their stuff.
I ordered my printers and filament with smooth plates on November 17th. The printers were sent immediately, and after 10 days I had all of them, but the plates are being held in the German warehouse, and I can’t print. This means that I’ve lost several thousands of euros due to this delay.
I hope that my order will arrive soon but I’m deeply disappointed.
I‘m quite happy I ordered my printer at a reseller and received it after 3 days. But I made the mistake to order an additional build plate and some filament at BL.
No movement since 29.11.
What I don’t understand: if they ran out of printers, why they couldn’t at least ship the filament? Reading through this thread, it seems to be totally random, as in some orders the printers arrived, but not the filament. And in others it was the other way around.
Well, I rrdered another brand of filament today. And I will charge back my money by the end of the week if nothing happens
They usually state they are shipped separately, printers in one shipment, everything else in one or more.

Printer with accessories ordered to Norway. I don’t how ever suspect that they’ve sold a printer that they didn’t have to delay or prevent me from doing an effective charge back as the tracking in my case shows that my order placed the 25th of November was shipped reasonably fast.
But they didn’t include proper export papers for the parcel to go to Norway so it sat with DPD from the 27th until the 12th of December when it finally went back to Bambulabs.
Due to the problems Bambu was having they were unable to easily reply to DPD to DPDs requests for updated shipping information which would have allowed the printer to leave DPD Germany and go to the local handler PostNord.
I’ve been promised that since about 15:00 GMT monday the 16th it’ll take a maximum of 24hours for them to ship a new printer to me. Same promise I was given the 6th of December…
It’s also just a HUGE pain to cancel an order partly delivered to Norway (accessories turned up while I blinked). I’ve paid customs on those goods, shipping from Norway is SUPER expensive since it’s outside of the EU and getting the taxes back from the Norwegian customs is a PITA and the handling fees are non refundable.
It’s not a scam. In my case they were clearly not selling “future stock” but actual inventory. But the response has been lacking to say the least.
Also I called DPD Germany and they were “miffed” about the situation, they were clearly brief and 100% clear that they handle LOADS every October to December with sales and Christmas presents and had a lot of capacity.
But he hinted at something, Bambu labs had maybe not allocated sufficient capacity with them as it’s a “capability” they’re selling…
It’s about 12 hours until I know if Bambu will make good on the promise they made me today.
According to several sites:
Goods issue at sender. The sender has released the parcel to DPD, and it is ready for transportation
The next status after this is “In transit”.
I have been waiting since 26.10.24. There was no particular pressure on the delivery services nor were there any other problems
Ordered A1 mini on December 6. Also watching this thread as everyone else. Yesterday night finally started to see some movement in DPD, the package moved to Hamm (DE).
The most frustrating aspect is that Bambu Lab keeps blaming their delivery partners like myDPD, DHL, and others, despite not having actual products ready to ship.
Customers can even contact myDPD directly to ask what’s going on, revealing that the issue lies with Bambu Lab, not the couriers.
Additionally, offering an in-store voucher instead of a cash refund equal to the shipping cost is a poor compensation strategy. They should instead ask customers what form of compensation they prefer. The in-store voucher should be worth 30 Euros, while the cash refund should match the actual shipping cost. Shifting blame and avoiding responsibility only escalates the situation and increases customer frustration.
