Bambu Lab Shipping Delay - December 20th Update

Ordered a P1s combo + bunch of Filaments on 13/12.

Printer routed to DHL while Filaments to DPD.

For DHL (Printer)
13th Tracking number created
14th In transit for DHL for 3 days
17th Received by DHL parcel origin

Called DHL and it seems that from now it will take 3 to 7 days.

Sounds good that my packet is now in the hands of DHL. And not in BambuLab / Carrier where every stakeholders blames the other one.

For DPD (Filaments)
No activity, packet is still not transmitted to the carrier.

For the printer (ordered on 13/12) it seems that BambuLab is consistent with their communication, at least for me and for the printer.
I would be more patient for the filaments if I receive the printer first.

Crossing finger that DHL will fulfil its commitment before Christmas.

Bestellt am 11.12 um ca 7:30 Uhr.
X1C Combo mit Zubehör aufgeteilt in zwei Pakete. Bestellbestätigung sofort bekommen, DPD Tracking Nummer um 11:36 Uhr.
Beim X1C-Combo tut sich seit 11.12 rein gar nichts.

Zubehör (1xPLA Basic, Texturiertes Blech, Hygrometer, Standfüsse) und zweite Bestellung (3x PETG-HF) sind diesen Montag vollständig angekommen.
Nachdem ich für alles eine Trackingnummer bekommen habe, gabs gestern am Abend dann noch die endgültige Rechnung, die ich definitiv so nicht bezahlen werde (also ohne X1C Combo).

Mir tun alle anderen leid, die seit Ende Oktober / Mitte November warten… war für mich die erste und letzte Bestellung bei BambuLab direkt.

It is really ridiculous of Bambulab.
I ordered on 10.12 and so far nothing has changed in the shipping status. I will open a Klarna case but unfortunately this will only be possible on 20.12

Bambulab is very brazenly lying to its customers.
On the German site it still says shipping ready in 2-3 working days although there are no more products in stock

Good day, my friend. It’s been 5 days since the last message and I still don’t have my products that I paid for and I have no way to finish the project because I’m missing these filaments. I’m not satisfied with the service and I’ll think 10 times before I order anything from you. And now I think I’ll open a dispute through Paypal to get my money back for the goods and lost costs. I made the order on November 20th.

For those who have purchased in the last week and received your order, well done.

But, what a massive disappointment it is that those who ordered in October and November still haven’t received any meaningful idea on when their will arrive.

Hiw can the logistics side of the company not ship first come first served through the same country and warehouses?

Why are new orders prioritised over significantly older orders?

I have been waiting on a response from customer support ticket for 5 days to return my a1 mini combo . No response at all. The LiveChat is also not working.

Is there anyway to contact customer support except through there support ticketing system they don’t respond?

I understand your frustration, but please keep it by the truth. If I open the german BambuLab Store site, it’s the first thing, which enters my view:
Following the incredible demand during BFCM, shipping may be delayed by 5-10 days.

You referring to the regular product sites, where a typical delivery time is stated. Why should they change each and every product site, when a extraordinary event is causing the delay?

Because a planned sale by the manufacturer not a surprise for the manufacture should be and items are marked and sold as „In Stock“.
Simple as that and just my opinion.

If you are able to tell your boss, your work is done and when he requests it, you just start it and tell him/her „it might be delayed, but rest assured, it’s done“, you‘re in a lucky situation…

It is the truth on the product page says 2-3 working days shipping. The product page is crucial for me because that’s where I put my product in the shopping cart and check it out. What do I care about 20 pop-ups? You should only sell as much as you have in stock and no more. This is simply an interest-free loan, nothing more and nothing less

because its not about 5-10 days.
My order is from November 14th and its not even sent out from Bambu Lab DEBR2 warehouse, the DPD label is created November 21st, now 27 days ago.

Meine P1S Combo ist heute mit DPD angekommen. Bestellt am 08.12. Fahrer klingelt, stellt Paket ab und geht. bis ich an der Tür war, war DPD weg, und ich hatte eine beschädigte Sendung… super… Das Paket ist offensichtlich irgendwo runtergefallen. Drucker ist auch beschädigt. :frowning:

Ohje… hat man von aussen direkt gesehen dass das Paket beschädigt ist ?

Mach soviele Fotos als Beweis wie du nur kannst. BL wird dich danach fragen :confused:

Es ist in soweit auch eine sauerei das sie das stornieren nicht zulassen auch wenn sie das Label für den Versand schon ausgedruckt haben.
So würde man wenigstens die Möglichkeit bekommen notfalls woanders zu bestellen.
Aber auch von dpd bekomme ich auf meine Anfrage keine Antwort.
Alles sehr ernüchternd. Das verdirbt einem die Lust mit 3 d Druck anzufangen

Nicht direkt, es war an der Ecke eingedrückt und der Karton etwas faltig. innen ist die Styroporecke auch komplett kaputt und am Drucker die Ecke zerkratzt und sieht etwas unförmig aus. Hab bilder gemacht und direkt ins Ticket mit rein gepackt… ärgerlich.

For a topic with this particular subject, created only 3 days ago, there are already 263 posts of which almost 95% are complaints and the remaining 5% are answers and comments from other users.

@SupportAssistant, did you notice a patern through all these complaints yet?!?

It’s just getting ridiculous now. You chopped my order in 3. One package came within 2 days. After waiting for more than 2 weeks u today sent the second package but again the printer will come later. Then a view hours later you release the printer to dpd. I called dpd and they said the printer will be delivered later this week, not very cost efficient.

I don’t know who does your logistics but he isn’t doing a good job.
