My Printer p1s combo is now at DHL in Kitzingen and will be delivered tomorrow.
The separate packsage with Gift Rolls is still stuck with “parcel information received”
But more importsnt to have the Printer than the Rolls
From m Perspektive i cannot understand that many Here wait for 1-2 months…
How is this possible?
Mqybe a Container ship was delayed ?
I ordered the A1 Combo with AMS, along with several rolls of filament and accessories, from Germany on December 1st. The shipment was split, and according to the DPD tracking information, it was prepared on December 2nd. Since then, only the shipping labels have been created and there have been no further updates.
I find the offered compensation rather low, and I’m currently considering canceling the order. I really need the printer for work. I may also contact the consumer protection authorities, as providing incorrect stock levels on the online store is illegal in Germany.

I ordered an A1 Combo on the 23rd of November. Received an email from Bambu on the 26th that there would be shipping delays because of the sales and how busy they were. Okay, fair enough I suppose. Thanks for the warning. Later that day, I receive another email saying that my order has been shipped and providing tracking information. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones? The 28th of November is the last update from the tracking number, with DHL stating that the shipment is prepared for onward transport. Support tickets just come back with the usual prepared responses with normal operations resuming in 1-7 days. Live chat is effectively unavailable. The transit time is currently at 22 days with Bambu seemingly having no interest in engaging with me. Looks like they’ll have the opportunity to engage with my credit card company instead.
Status has changed to “in transit” at 13:26. Good luck to everyone.

I’m experiencing something really strange.
I ordered an X1C and a Maintenance Kit on December 8th. The Maintenance Kit came with a DHL tracking link, while the printer was assigned a DPD tracking link.
The Maintenance Kit arrived after five days, but the printer still hasn’t been handed over to DPD as of today — pretty much the same situation others have described here.
However, I just received a notification from DHL saying that a package will be delivered on Thursday. The strange part is that the tracking number they referenced is the same as the one for the already delivered Maintenance Kit. After double-checking, I realized that the DHL package I received actually had a different tracking number than the one listed in the shop.
Since I only ordered the printer and the Maintenance Kit, I’m now wondering: Is the printer coming via DHL after all, or am I about to receive another Maintenance Kit…?

Ich warte seit Ende November auf ein paar Rollen ABS-GF.
Und ich denke nicht dass das bei Consumer Druckern klappt, von einem nicht-deutschen Unternehmen aus zu bestellen und dann auf den Verbraucherschutz hinzuweisen, wenn die Partnerfirma die DPD Label druckt und dann nicht verarbeitet.
Eventuell solltest du für dein Kleinunternehmen bspw. IGO3D als Bezugspunkt in Betracht ziehen, die bieten auch entsprechend klare Lieferzeiten.
Ja am 11.12. allerdings um 21:40 also rechne ich seit dem 12.12. bis jetzt hat sich bei meinem Status noch nichts geändert.
I bought an A1 printer on December 1st, several attempts using the Bambulab ticket system were unsuccessful! Now it’s the 17th and still no delivery! My patience is running out and as you can see on Trustpilot, a lot of customers are disappointed
Bought the a1 mini yesterday u think it’ll arrive anytime soon?? :3 already got my tracking number and it says “Shipment in transit to DHL”
Not a chance. On day 17 for an $2000 order already with the “ready to ship” and tracking number with zero movement.
Issuing the tracking number is just a tool to prevent you from cancelling without them being able to charge for a return/restocking fee saying it’s already been shipped.

Wie heißt es so schön: “geteiltes Leid is halbes Leid”? ^^. Mal schauen ob sie es noch gebacken kriegen. Da ich leider über Klarna statt PayPal bezahlt habe, muss ich bis zum 20.ten warten, bevor ich da einen Fall eröffnen kann.
Ich werde definitiv nie wieder bei Bambu Lab direkt bestellen, das ist ja eine reine Katastrophe, und solche Probleme bei einem Warenwert von ~1250€ und die Dreistigkeit zu besitzen es dauerhaft auf die Zustellerdienste zu schieben, statt ehrlich zu sein und zu sagen “Die Lager sind leer, wir haben mist gebaut, Entschuldigung”
So geht es mir leider auch. Muss bis Donnerstag warten mit Klarna. Hier haben ja einige geschrieben, dass der Drucker plötzlich zwei Tage später da war, nachdem sie einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet haben. Am 8.12 bestellt, seit 9.12 wartet der Drucker beim Warenausgang
Same here. I got the impression that DHL shipments are less affected.

Today I received a package with 40 screws part of a kit. I order a kit and. Rolls of PLA
And got one tracking number. Appearantly they splitted the order into two and now I have two trackingnr’s. One is delivered, 40 screws…. The rest of the kit is where?
I tell you it’s a mess. There’s something wrong in their backlog and they are fixing their ■■■■ amd keep the customers in the dark. I have two printers and was quite happy with Bambu but what happened now is bad, real bad.
Have been waiting for my order (P1S) since 3rd of December, and today after 14 days it finally arrived by DPD !? Will check it out this evening, hope it arrived in perfect condition !! Have to say that even though I am happy that in the end it finally arrived this first experience with BL has not been a pleasant one, especially for a first order and not confident if I will order here again in future.
99% of you commenting have a long time to wait yet if its anyting like my order back in October. Tracking number created twice and still not shipped out. Bambus response to me saying this is unacceptable- “Have a nice day”
