I have been waiting 8 days so far without a response.
My printer has been lost at the depot.
Whatever the outcome of any investigation that BL is required to initiate that clearly hasn’t begun despite the package having been lost for 12 days now is only made worse by their failure to do anything p.
They could just send a new printer as the lost one isn’t going to get recovered and delivered back to me, it will be an insurance job between BL & DPD.
Yet, like so many others here, we wait and wait and are provided no updates.
I’ve said this many times before, but, it bares repeating, they knew they screwed up during the Black Friday sale and they started another sale less than 24 hours later.
No time to fix the first issues, plenty of time to create new ones.
Their tickets go unanswered, their staff ship out incorrect stock as they are rushing, webchat is constantly broken and updated communications paint a picture so divorced from reality than it would be funny if it wasn’t so offensive.
No one doubts their product ps, it is their ability to do the act of business that will likely bring them down unless there are fast and fundamental changes.
Having the best product will only get you so far as history has taught us with things like Betamax (a reference for us old folk).
I’m curious on my order status. Oddly it is coming up under the email I setup my bambu account under, but I mistakenly ordered it under another email. It was in that other email I clicked to check the status and it brought me to my account in Bambu with the first email.
Anyway, it’s been sitting saying it’s waiting for courier pickup and it was placed on the 12th. It’s now the 16th.
Also the order doesn’t show up under my order list in my account.
Think it’ll work itself out?
my Printer just arrived today - Tracking update yesterday evening … and today around noon - DPD delivers - currently printing - fast and good! My order was from 02.12. late hours … target germany … so I think Bambulab will keep its promise to deliver until December 20th for orders before 13.12.
Yea i have got package #2 : filaments, and a few hotends
And #3 : all it was in the package was ONE 0.6 hotend(!)
Still waiting on package #1 with the printer.
Oh, and with the filaments i ordered 1kg WHITE TPU for AMS because it was not in stock when they released it.
Guess what? I got a GREY color instead Opened a ticket but have not got an answer yet…
I see people start receiving their orders but I have no update on mine…
No one is answering the tickets, chat is not working.
This is by far the worst experience ever with online shops.

This is just confirming my doubt about the delivery being before the 20th of December. We are the 17th going on the 18th and the “ISSUE” isn’t solved. And this after 3 weeks of communicating with bambu. I’m still at square one.
Really really disappointed and kind of pissed of seeing people ordering way after me and still getting there stuff.
Today i got my printer, ordered at 1.12.24.
Without any information from dpd. After work, i found my printer placed in the garden at the back of my garage…( and a information in the letterbox).
One flower doesn’t make spring… and thus, the fact that you’ve been lucky and got your ordered stuff on time, doesn’t mean everyone else will. Have a look at the increasing number of people complaining… Only on this topic are 300 of them… and if you’ll look around the forum you’ll discover that there are many more topics with plenty of complaints…
If it were me I would just reorder the right color. My order of filaments won’t arrive until next week, but if I get some wrong colors, I would keep them. Not a big deal because I can use the wrong color to do prototyping. This is just too busy a time to go through customer support.
OK, now there is some movement on the DPD parcel with the printer (X1C).
It is now 70km from me in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany.
It will probably arrive tomorrow or possibly today.
This is bordering on embarrassing at this point. I’ve done 3 separate orders for filament refills from Bambu and each and every one has been a chore to receive. Customer service is worthless and simply replies with scripted answers asking for patience as they clearly don’t have enough help. One of the orders was at the end of November and I still don’t have it. It sat and sat and finally got a label generated 5 days ago. Now its just hanging out somewhere waiting for UPS to come pick it up or Bambu to drop it off.
I ordered 2 more AMS units which were back ordered till Dec 25th, and both of those just now generated shipping labels. It’s going to be both hilarious and sad if the backordered AMS units beat the in stock filament after all is said and done.
I think this is my last order with them. I’ll either get stuff from Amazon or from places that actually care enough to hire more staff so it’s not like Im ordering stuff that arrives via a ship from overseas. I’ve seriously had packages going through customs take less time to get to me.
I don’t want hear this nonsense about Black Friday. I ordered a ton of filaments parts, and printers from other vendors for Black Friday sales, and didn’t experience this slowness.
1 time experience, I could forgive. 3 times though? Do better.
