Sure, but there are more and more incoming. So I would say they try their best… I also wrote a ticket some days ago, received the known answer and be frustrated (because my older printer was already sold and away) … I closed my ticket yesterday. I would only give a status update yesterday…

Really interesting, how different the experiences are. For me, it’s a more clear and consistent picture. I ordered 10 times with an overall value of 3,5k€ from end of Oct. until beginning of Dec directly at Bambulab EU store. And it was following always the same pattern. The printers (X1C and A1 mini in seperate orders) came after 1-3 days with DHL. Also happened with certain single filament roles and spare parts out of different orders… DHL was picking up and delivering within 3 days maximum.
But the majority of filament and spare parts was handed over to DPD and it lasted always 7-10 days until delivery.
All the deliveries have been sent over 3 different german warehouses.
It could be, that the items handed over to DPD weren’t in direct german stock and needed to be filled up first from China… either with plane delivery or with planned ship deliveries (already on the way, but with an expected ETA). The latter is a very usual thing in global market. BambuLab seems to have really underestimated the demand, which was the largest demand ever for them and not comparable with earlier events.
So as a conclusion, I consider me as lucky (with my 10 different orders), because I had nothing really to be angry about … the printer were here in “no time” and I could enjoy the new hobby. And amazon did well with the very urgent demands for some “Christmas Silk filament” from SUNLU and Geeetech. So I was forced to get experience in non Bambu filament as well.
But I can understand the frustration for those, who ordered a printer and had to wait weeks before starting the new hobby. I hope for the best and do not jeopardize the fun with the 3d printing experience.
I ordered two A1 mini and some filaments on Dec 9th. The labels were created the same day without any movement until yesterday.
So I decided to open a ticket via PayPal (there were also support tickets created before) like some other did it as well. And suddenly, about two hours later, all three packages were on its way from Cologne to Hamburg. They are in delivery right now and I hope everything will move on as expected.
I don’t know if it’s just by accident or related to my ticket from PayPal. But maybe it will help others who also wait for a long(er) time now.

It said that all orders placed before December 13 will be delivered 100 percent by December 20
but now the email says “ most of them”
I feel like I’ve been taken for a ride
How is the SUNLU filament compared to Bambulab’s? To be honest, after this whole experience, I don’t want to buy anything else from Bambulab again.
My experience was good with the Silk filament and a bit inconsistent with the PLA+… at least out of the box. Black and blue/red transparent were good, while the green transparent PLA+ had some issues with adhesion. But after drying it 6h with 50°, it was also fine.
Geeetech also performed well and I like the bicolour option with Gold + Silver/Red etc. - my gifts with that filament were very well appreciated.
For both suppliers and their filament, I used the corresponding BambuLab settings, except for Geeetech Wood, which needed a lower nozzle temperatur and slower speed in combination with 0,4 nozzle in order to avoid blocking.
All in all, their filaments are comparable and cheaper in terms of official prices. But at BFW, the 8 roll option with mixing at Bambu was even cheaper. But not useful for urgent projects, as we all know now.
Very helpful answer. I fully understand that things happen that is not intentional. It seems that we do have a lot of whining kids here, but that is normal unfortunately. Having a forum, inviting people to comment attracts a lot of unwanted language.

I‘m filing a refund from my credit card institute and am done with BL.
I‘ll order a Prusa next year, eventhough they do not have such a nice and compact solution for multiple colors or filaments.
Really really disappointing…
I informed Klarna about the problem with my package. And after a hour I received an email my package is on delivery and its currently in cologne. I ordered on 8th of december and had no change in delivery since 9th of december
I’m from Spain, I ordered on nov 29th my A1 printer and it’s still not here. So they’re not considering time of ordering when shipping items. Just curious, did they ship with DPD (Seur) or DHL? Thanks!
Also mittlerweile komm ich mir verarscht vor… Heute kam nur meine gekauftes Zubehör für meinen X1C an, das ich alles am selben Tag gekauft hatte 11.12.24 an.
Geh ich auf den Shop von Bambu und da auf den X1C steht weiterhin auf Lager und Lieferzeit 2-3 Werktage. Euer ernst???
Hab bei Paypal deswegen jetzt einen Streitfall eröffnet. Kann ja nicht angehen, das ihr weiter auf Lager anzeigt und ich noch immer nicht meinen Drucker habe.

I managed to talk with chat and they ALWAYS use the same couple of answers!! And then they close the chat like nothing happened! I spoke to “Iris” but this is a common practice among bambulab assistance.What a shame

Did DPD hand it over to SEUR or did they deliver? Mine is in Spain but I haven’t gotten any Seur messages regarding the delivering time.
You guys used to be so good. Your reputation for the best printers has grown beyond you current staffing ability; I guess.
My X1C is still working great. I am glad I ordered about $900 is spare parts over the last two years and not relying on current shipment from you guys; although I have only gone through one build plate, a cable to the Ams, some tubing, and two 4mm print nozzles in two years and a half. You guys make a great printer!

Also bei mir hat sich vorhin was getan. zumindest auf der dpd seite. dort steht jetzt packet unterwegs. bei einem anderen seite wo man die sendungsnummer eingeben kann und das packet verfolgen kann ist noch nichts aktualisiert. binn gespannt.
